This page describes what Sanctuary Tools collects to run accounts, licenses, and the website. We do not sell your data.
Account
We store the email you use to sign in. Sign-in is email OTP or a magic link, sent through Resend. We do not use passwords.
Licensing
The desktop apps send a device hash (hardware fingerprint) so we can bind Horadrim to one seat, stop trial abuse, and keep a device history for Wayfinder (no seat cap). We also keep which products you own, trial claims, device binds, and a short access log (time, product, IP, user agent).
Payments
Card and PayPal details are handled by Stripe or PayPal. We store order amounts, status, your email, and provider payment IDs — not full card numbers. A full refund or chargeback of a Horadrim license revokes that license and blocks that email from buying Horadrim again. A full refund of Wayfinder Add-ons revokes those modules and blocks repurchase of the pack. Refunded Wayfinder support does not turn the overlay off.
Downloads and updates
Download clicks and update checks may be logged so we can see that a build was served. Update packages are hosted on Cloudflare R2.
We email you for sign-in codes and, when needed, license or purchase notices. We do not send marketing lists.
