Terms

These terms cover the Sanctuary Tools website and the Horadrim, Wayfinder, and Tal Rasha desktop apps. By creating an account, downloading, or buying a license, you agree to them.

License, not the game

A purchase is a personal license to use our software. It does not sell you Diablo II: Resurrected, a Battle.net account, or any Blizzard content. Sanctuary Tools is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.

One seat

Horadrim is valid for one device at a time. Unbind from your Account page before switching PCs. Sharing a Horadrim license or running it on extra machines we did not authorize is not allowed. Trials are one per product per device. Wayfinder is free to use after you sign in; we still bind and track devices, but there is no seat cap.

Payments

Horadrim is a one-time USD purchase. Wayfinder is free; optional support payments (suggested $10) go through Stripe or PayPal in your browser and do not unlock extra features — you can support more than once. Wayfinder Add-ons is a separate one-time USD pack (Survival, PickIt, Guidance, and Inventory Vault) sold from inside the app, not on the public product tabs. Prices shown at checkout are the amount charged. Tal Rasha is not for sale until we say otherwise on the site.

Refunds

If a Horadrim payment is fully refunded or charged back, that license is revoked immediately and that email cannot buy Horadrim again. A refunded Wayfinder Add-ons payment revokes those modules and that email cannot buy the pack again. A refunded Wayfinder support payment does not turn the overlay off. Partial refunds do not revoke a license. Support is on Discord — we do not promise a refund for change of mind after you have used the software.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse trials (new emails on the same PC to reset a trial), attack the service, or resell licenses. We may revoke a license or block a device when we reasonably believe the terms were broken.

Software as-is

The tools are provided as-is. Game patches, Windows, or Battle.net changes can break features. We ship updates when we can; we do not guarantee uptime or that a given version will keep working forever.
